How?

This initiative unfolds over two engaging sessions on Saturday mornings.

First Part of the Day

Participants are immersed in indoor storytelling, sparking lively debates and discussions that encourage the exploration of various perspectives. The thought-provoking narratives serve as a foundation for the day's activities. We use BSL to enhance oracy, which enriches children's writing and creative expression.

Second Part of the Day

Active team-building activities are skilfully guided by teachers and volunteers, fostering a collaborative spirit among the participants. As the day concludes, they are treated to a delicious snack, wrapping up their inspiring day at the Saturday School for Heroism.

Here is what others have to say
My child was mentally upset because he was in a wheelchair but he started to forget his problems when he joined the Saturday School. He has overcome his sadness and I love watching him play here. He has become very confident now.
Parent
My child is an introvert and struggles with it but she is now developing social skills and shows a charitable inclination in her conversations and talks about moral values. She is coming out of her shell. This work needs to be institutionalized.
Parent
My child has started to frame her behaviour on the theme of repelling the bad with the good. Her comments have become really insightful.
Parent
My daughter can deal with conflict much better now.
Parent
This is groundbreaking stuff. It has opened the eyes of many of our teachers.

You don't become a hero by wanting to be a hero. You become a hero by wanting to help others and by reducing inequality.
