Kayser brings over 20 years' experience in education and senior school leadership, with a lifelong commitment to creating safe, empowering spaces for children and young people. Passionate about equity and inclusion, Kayser has championed alternative provision nationally and served as a school governor, coach, and local council candidate — all in pursuit of tackling social inequality at its root.

A multilingual marketing communications professional with 10 years' experience developing strategies across industries. She's deeply passionate about education and its ability to empower young people from all backgrounds.

Georgina has many years of experience in education and a passion for improving social mobility, with particular expertise in curriculum development. Georgina believes education should build knowledge and character together, and is committed to creating inclusive opportunities for children and communities.

Deborah is Head of Moreton Hall Prep School in Shropshire, where a culture of respect and belonging sits at the heart of school life. Deborah has worked with a variety of organisations that promote social inclusion and cohesive, positive communities, bringing that values-led experience to the trustee role.
